Our Approach And Solution
Electronic materials are the type of materials which are typically used as core elements in a variety of device applications. These elements can be, for example, memories, displays, LEDs and could be easily seen in daily electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, GPS devices, LED bulbs, TVs and monitors.

Our Approach And Solution
The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP.

If on the rare occasion, an issue has come up, it has been dealt with quickly and professionally, always putting measures in place to ensure future projects didn’t repeat the same issues. When it comes to injection tooling, Circle 5 is truly a one-stop shop. Each project starts out with thorough feasibility on part design, followed by detailed mold designs that have been historically completed with very few revisions needed as the specs are well understood. The Project Team provides schedule updates as we request and is always quick to alert us of any issues with quality or timing due to unforeseen circumstances. Mold trials are thorough and the C5 team is very skilled at managing the quality of the tools as well as procurement of sample parts, layout data, and countermeasure activity.
