CNC & EDM
At Circle 5, we specialize in precision CNC machining for both prototype and production volumes.
Our cutting-edge machinery (from industry leaders like Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Parpas, and Ona) features Full 5-axis, lights-out machining and prototyping capabilities, including Lathes and Turning Machines, Milling Machines, CNC Laser Machines, and Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) for precision mold design.
Complementing this advanced infrastructure is an expert team of engineers, machinists and mold makers that allow us to provide high-quality results with exacting precision and efficiency.
Global Tooling Integration
Circle 5’s Global Tooling Integration Program, founded in 2003, is a leader in BCC (Best Cost Country) sourcing for precision machining. With a network of established relationships, we are able to provide comprehensive global coverage and service to our clients.
Our program includes the capability to manage molds up to 3000T via ocean freight, with engineering, program management and customer interface in North America.
Our goal is to offer cost-efficient and timely global solutions while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer service.
